As part of our specialist team, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping Air IT Group to shape how we use artificial intelligence across our business and with our customers.

Join us at the end of January for an exclusive in-person AI assessment careers day, a hands-on recruitment experience where you’ll showcase your technical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork in a practical setting.

As our graduate AI Engineer, you’ll research, prototype and develop AI and machine learning solutions, then take them from concept to real world impact. You’ll collaborate across teams, integrate AI into existing workflows, and champion adoption by supporting colleagues as they bring AI into their day to day. You’ll also contribute to AI powered customer services such as intelligent automation, predictive analytics and conversational experiences.

From the applicants, we'll invite the 10 strongest to an in-person assessment day at the end of January.

The assessment day will explore practical skills, problem solving and collaboration. Full details will be provided to shortlisted candidates closer to the time.

We’re seeking a graduate in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or another data-focused discipline, with hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning. You should have a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and know how to put them into practice. Confidence in coding with Python is essential, and openness to other relevant languages is a plus.

We value curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn quickly. While 1–2 years of commercial experience is advantageous, it’s not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools such as Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry would be a bonus.
